Per Session Teacher Application

PLEASE FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS: 

IF YOU ARE FIRST TIME APPLICANT

YOU MUST CLICK ON SIGN UP FIRST!!!!

 

DO NOT LOG IN UNTIL YOU COMPLETE   SIGN UP!!

 YOU MUST SIGN UP WITH A DOE EMAIL ADDRESS, ALL OTHER EMAIL ADDRESSES WILL BE IGNORED.

Step 1 - SIGN UP on the application page.  CREATE a password, this password is specific to this application and is not the same as your DOE password.  SAVE THIS PASSWORD.

Step 2 - An email will be generated to your DOE account momentarily,  follow the link in the email. 

**CHECK YOUR JUNK BOX IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE THE EMAIL**

Step 3 - LOG IN using your newly registered information and COMPLETE the application. 
 

IF THIS IS THE FIRST TIME YOU ARE APPLYING FOR PER SESSION

YOU MUST LOG IN WITH THE CREDENTIALS YOU USED IN THE PAST.  IF YOU HAVE FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD- CHOOSE RESET PASSWORD

 

 

    1. Complete PS Application

THIS IS NOT A FULLY REMOTE PROGRAM!

 

 

Teachers should ONLY APPLY ONCE! Monday - Friday 8am- 5pm

 

Your application is completed when you see green text stating that the application has been submitted. 4. Satisfactory on most recent employee rating 

DO NOT RE-SUBMIT!
