DO NOT LOG IN UNTIL YOU COMPLETE SIGN UP!!
YOU MUST SIGN UP WITH A DOE EMAIL ADDRESS, ALL OTHER EMAIL ADDRESSES WILL BE IGNORED.
Step 1 - SIGN UP on the application page. CREATE a password, this password is specific to this application and is not the same as your DOE password. SAVE THIS PASSWORD.
Step 2 - An email will be generated to your DOE account momentarily, follow the link in the email.
**CHECK YOUR JUNK BOX IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE THE EMAIL**
Step 3 - LOG IN using your newly registered information and COMPLETE the application.
