Grade forms are available dependent on the student's grade and needs level.  Given remote learning please note the updates to the grade forms.

Ensure you complete the APPROPRIATE form for your student.

If you are confused, speak with your supervisor.

Grades must be submitted: â€‹

  • Upon student discharge / return to school 

  • Every Fall and Spring semester, you will receive an email directive.

  • Whenever a school requests an update

ALWAYS give a copy to the PARENT and

the SCHOOL OF AFFILIATION

​

Copies of the grades will be delivered to your email 1 hour after you submit. 

​
